Feb 21, 2010 President Hamid Karzai on Sunday introduced Dr. Rangin Dadfar SPANTA, as the new chief of the National Security Council. The President described Dr. Spanta as an efficient man with great diligence who can move the council successfully ahead. The new chief thanked the President for his confidence and support now and during his tenure as Foreign Minister and said he would do all he can to serve his nation. |
